Free Company Name Availability Check
Shize offers a free company name check service to ensure your name meets registration requirements.
Please follow these guidelines when selecting a company name:
Uniqueness
You cannot use a name that is already in use or currently being registered.
Government Names
Names suggesting a connection to the Hong Kong Government or any government department are strictly prohibited.
Language
You can select your company name in English, Chinese, or both. Note: mixing Chinese and English characters is not permitted.
Limited Case
English company names must end with "Limited" (the English term for the Chinese word). "Co., Ltd." is not permitted.
Please note that we do not retain your name or submit any application to the Hong Kong Companies Registry until you place your order. Act now to secure your desired enterprise name before it is registered by others.
Naming Tips
- •English names must contain only A-Z and/or 0-9, and must end with "Limited".
- •You may also provide a Chinese name if needed (e.g., ABC Limited 甲乙丙有限公司).
